Mango Marinade/Sauce

Ingredients:

2 c diced mango (fresh of frozen)
5 tsp fresh ginger
5 T brown sugar
10 T cider vinegar
1 tsp hot sauce
3 tsp fresh garlic

Method:

Puree all ingredients in a food processor.  Pour over fish, chicken, or sliced tofu and bake.
