FAT-FREE GRAVY

Ingredients:
2 cups Fat
Free Chicken Broth
2 Tbl. Cornstarch
½ tsp. Sage
Dash Kitchen
Bouquet
Method:
- Heat to boiling two cups of fat free chicken broth
- In a small mixing bowl combine cornstarch with very cold water
- Slowly pour cornstarch mixture with the Chicken broth until desired thickness. Note:
the gravy will appear rather translucent
- Add ½ teaspoon of sage.
- Add a dash of kitchen bouquet for color
Yield: 10 – 1.5 ounce servings
