Ingredients
4 slices French Bread

ounces FF Beef Broth
Method:
- Soak the bread in Beef broth and place on cookie sheet lined with parchment
paper
- Slowly dry bread in a 275 degree oven for 30 minutes
- Flip the bread and continue drying until croutons are crisp and brown,
about 30 minutes more/
- Allow to cool and cut to desired size
Yield: 4 – 1 ounce servings
